Mental Capacity Act training course

It doesn’t matter whether it’s choosing a new home or a new breakfast cereal. Anyone who works with or cares for an adult who lacks capacity must comply with the Mental Capacity Act when making decisions or acting for that person.

Our engaging and interactive elearning course conveys both the specifics and the underlying philosophy of the Mental Capacity Act.

There are three modules divided into shorter topics, lasting 3 hours in total. Each module includes a multiple-choice, post-module assessment to record and secure learner understanding.
