Our Customer Care elearning course is a vital part of induction training for all new staff in care homes. Equivalent to half a day
spent in the classroom, this elearning course explains how to deliver great service in a residential care environment.
The fully interactive and narrated content includes multiple-choice, post-module assessments which secure understanding. The
training shows new workers how to empathise and communicate using the most appropriate method.
