The goal of MindLeaders Professional Services is to help you develop a plan that
maximizes your investment in MindLeaders elearning.
Your Professional Services Analyst will work with you to build a complete communication
plan for your elearning courses and determine how they can fit into your overall learning
and organizational goals.
MindLeaders Professional Services are an integral part of the total MindLeaders partnership,
and is provided at no additional charge with your subscription.
Phase 1 - Strategy
Your Professional Services Analyst will begin, even before your elearning courses are ready,
to identify with you the goals that you and your organization have and your expectations for
your elearning implementation. Your Analyst is an expert on promoting and developing training
programs and will have suggestions to help develop a roadmap for success for you and your
organization.
Phase 2 - Execute
Your Professional Services Analyst will provide customer training that introduces employees,
managers and leaders to MindLeaders and how elearning will help your company and departments
reach their goals.
During this time, your Analyst will continue to work with you to develop a communication
strategy to further engage and excite employees. Both of these processes are completely
customized to your organization for maximum effectiveness.
Phase 3 - Impact
Finally, your MindLeaders Professional Services Analyst will conduct quarterly reviews
and participation rate reports. This data helps your Analyst and you ensure that you’re
on the right track – and make tweaks to the program if needed. Together, we can craft a
proactive approach to the company’s learning best practices and make tweaks to the program
if necessary to maximize the overall success of your elearning program.
