Organizational Overview

The Organizational Overview is a brief document, targeted to senior level management that summarizes and analyzes the information Learning Advisors have gathered from the Personal Learning Profiles submitted to them.

By examining the responses to questions such as What training would help your peers? What skills and training does your organization need to meet planned goals and growth?, and What are the critical issues facing your organization?, Learning Advisors can identify trends. From those trends we prepare a report on key organizational issues, discussing the root causes of and challenges presented by those issues, as well as the opportunities for growth often hidden within them.

To that we add graphs and statistics on the usage of PLuS, including a breakdown by percentage of the types of assignments, and a list of the top 10-15 most often assigned learning objects. And for managers who don't have the time to read the entire report, a one-page executive overview summarizes the information.
