Our Certified Professional Food Handler course can be completed in as few as two hours in time
increments most convenient to the learners’ schedule and responsibilities.
Following training, your food managers take an examination which - when successfully completed -
leads to the designation of NEHA Certified Professional Food Manager. Our certification and testing
partner is Prometric, the recognized global leader in technology-enabled testing and assessment
services. Prometric’s CPFM examination program is accredited by ANSI, recognized by the Conference
for Food Protection and accepted in every state jurisdiction in the United States.
