Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC)

Audience:
Educators in the State of Texas are required to complete a total of 150 clock hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) every five years.

Applicable Courses:
MindLeaders is a registered Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) CPE Provider. All programs offered by registered providers may qualify for CPE credit. The Texas SBEC does not approve or review individual CPE courses. Continuing Professional Education applications are not attached to video courses less than one hour in length.

Number of Continuing Education Hours Awarded Per Course:
MindLeaders awards CPE credit equal to the average completion time of a course. For example, if a course takes approximately four (4) hours to complete, four (4) CPE hours are awarded for successfully completing that course.

Availability:
Due to state regulations, CPE credit can only be awarded to students taking courses directly from www.mindleaders.com or via a MindLeaders' reseller who links students to www.mindleaders.com. To find out if MindLeaders CPE credit is available to you, please contact us.
