Convenient Site Management
With MindLeaders Central, your site management becomes even easier and more convenient than before. How? Both managers and learners enter the robust system using a single customizable login page, complete with manager-created announcements. There is no need to remember multiple login URLs. Learners also have the option to self-register for training with an integrated self-registration feature.
How else does MindLeaders Central make site management more convenient? You can manage sites and sub-sites all in one place, easily drilling down to the information you are seeking. MindLeaders Central also allows for a batch import of learners, with no manual entry needed. In addition, context-sensitive Help files ensure you can find the information you are looking for in a straightforward, simple manner.
Efficient, Powerful Administration
Administrators using MindLeaders Central can expect to gain efficiencies in managing everything from the creation of user groups to student searches to curricula building.
What are some of the management elements you can expect with this new system? A drag-and-drop interface makes building curricula simple and quick. The hierarchical management of user groups allows for training to be assigned at, and reports run for, any level of your site organization.
Rather than creating two or three manager "types" for various administration duties, MindLeaders Central introduces a powerful system of roles and privileges. Users can be assigned to "out-of-the-box" managerial roles created by MindLeaders, or an administrator can create custom roles, picking and choosing from an array of fine-grained administrative privileges. Additionally, a user may be restricted to administering only certain user groups or sub-sites, ensuring interdepartmental autonomy and privacy.
Fast, Detailed Reporting
The new architecture making up MindLeaders Central allows for faster, more detailed reports. Several new reports are available, and new features have been added. These include the ability to preview a report before exporting, the ability to filter reports based on user groups, curricula, or both, and the option to make a print-friendly version of the report.
Enhanced Learner Experience
Learners using MindLeaders Central have the benefit of a system set up to provide easily accessible information. Within their list of learning resources, learners can browse through multiple levels of information. Resources are divided by curriculum, with the ability for the learner to browse through series, course lessons, and individual course topics, and then launch directly to the content needed. Learners can view catalog data, where available at each level, providing insight into what learning resources best fit their needs. With the flexibility of the system, learners may view, along with system-wide announcements, manager-created announcements pertinent to their site only. All in all, MindLeaders Central enhances the learner experience by providing detailed information where and when learners need it.
MindLeaders Resource Center
The MindLeaders Resource Center contains tools, reference materials and guides for managing and promoting learning programs to the entire organization. Training administrators are continually on the lookout for new ways to persuasively market learning and professional development to executives, managers and employees within their respective companies. The MindLeaders Resource Center offers over 130 best practices, product information and walkthroughs, and quick reference materials. The MindLeaders Training & Development Toolbox, found within the Resource Center, is a treasury of professionally-produced, ready-to-use materials including full-motion videos, PowerPoint presentations and promotional aids.
