AICC/SCORM
To enhance interoperability of MindLeaders courseware with learning management systems, MindLeaders is designed to the Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) guidelines and the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards for computer-based training.
The AICC guideline pertaining to MindLeaders courseware is AGR 010 – Web-based Computer-Managed instruction. For more information on the AICC standard, visit http://www.aicc.org/.
The Department of Defense (DoD) is charged by Executive Order with leading the development of common specifications and standards for technology-based learning across both federal and private sectors. The Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) was developed based on that order and supported by the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative. Through the work of ADL, SCORM incorporates many emerging standards and specifications into one common reference model. MindLeaders courses and platforms comply with the SCORM 1.2 standard.
