Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy

Audience

Certified Public Accountants licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are required to earn 80 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits during each two-year renewal period.

Applicable Courses:

The Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy has approved the following MindLeaders series for CPE credit:

• Excel 2000 MOS Expert Series
• Excel 2002 Series
• Investing Fundamentals Series
• Office 2000 Series
• Office XP Upgrade Series
• Retirement Planning Series
• Word 2000 MOS Series
• Word 2000 MOS Expert Series
• Word 2002 Series

Cost:

$15 Continuing Professional Education application processing fee for each course submitted.*

Number of Continuing Education Hours Awarded Per Course:

One CPE credit is awarded for every 50 minutes of successfully completed appropriate MindLeaders course work. For example, if a course takes four (4) hours to complete, the number of CPE credit hours earned would be 4x60/50= 4.8. CPE hours should be rounded down to a whole number. Using this formula, four (4) CPE credits would be awarded for a four (4) hour MindLeaders course

Availability:

Due to state regulations, CPE credit can only be awarded to students taking courses directly from www.mindleaders.com or via a MindLeaders' reseller who links students to www.mindleaders.com. To find out if CPE credits are available to you, please contact us.
